Notifications

DocPipe sends notifications when important events happen across your organization. You can view them from the bell icon in the header or the dedicated Notifications page.

Notification bell

The bell icon in the top-right corner of the app shows your unread notification count. Click it to open a quick notification list with your most recent notifications.

Notifications page

The full Notifications page provides a split-panel layout:

• Left panel: a scrollable list of all notifications, grouped by time (Today, Yesterday, This week, Older)
• Right panel: details of the selected notification, including its message, category, type, and a link to the related resource

Managing notifications

You can take the following actions on notifications:

• Mark as read: dismiss a notification
• Mark as unread: flag a notification for follow-up
• Mark all as read: clear all unread notifications at once
• Go to resource: navigate directly to the related pipe, run, or setting

When a notification is linked to a resource in a different workspace, clicking Go to resource automatically switches to that workspace.

Real-time updates

New notifications appear instantly via SignalR. You do not need to refresh the page to see them.
