The dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It provides a real-time overview of your pipes, runs, reviews, and documents across the organization.

Summary cards

Cards at the top show key metrics for the selected time range. Click any card to navigate to a filtered view of the relevant data.

Run outcomes chart

A daily bar chart shows the trend of completed, failed, and cancelled runs over the selected range. Use it to spot patterns in processing failures or volume spikes.

Credit usage

A chart displaying your organization’s credit consumption over the selected period. Helps you track usage trends and plan for billing.

Recent runs

A table listing the most recent pipeline runs. Click any row to navigate to the run detail page.

Attention panel

The attention panel highlights items that may need action. Click any item to navigate to the relevant page.

Retry trend

A chart showing the volume of retried runs over the selected period. Use it to identify recurring transient failures that may indicate upstream issues.

Credit burn

A panel displaying your current credit burn rate (credits consumed per day). Helps you forecast when you may need to purchase additional credits.

Callback summary

A summary of callback delivery outcomes: successful, failed, and pending. If your pipes use callback outputs, this section helps you spot delivery problems at a glance.

Per-pipe breakdown

A breakdown of run outcomes and processing volume grouped by pipe. Use it to compare performance across pipes and identify which pipes are generating the most failures or consuming the most credits.

Range toggle

Switch between 24h, 7d, and 30d to adjust the time window for all dashboard metrics and charts. The default range is 7 days.

Real-time updates

The dashboard uses real-time connections (SignalR) to stay current. When a run completes, fails, or a review task is updated, the dashboard reflects the change immediately without refreshing.

Role-based visibility

Dashboard sections are visible based on your permissions. If you lack access to a resource type (for example, pipes or documents), the corresponding section is hidden rather than showing empty data.

Low credit banner

If your organization is running low on credits, a banner appears at the top of the dashboard for users with subscription permissions. Click through to the subscription settings to add more credits.

Onboarding empty state

New organizations with no pipes see a Get Started prompt instead of the dashboard charts. Follow the call-to-action to create your first pipe and start processing documents.
