The dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It provides a real-time overview of your pipes, runs, reviews, and files across the organization.

Summary cards

Four cards at the top show key metrics for the selected time range:
CardDescription
Active PipesNumber of pipes currently active (accepting documents)
In-Flight RunsRuns that are queued, running, or awaiting child steps
Failed RunsRuns that failed during the selected period
Open ReviewsReview tasks waiting for human attention

Run outcomes chart

A daily bar chart shows the trend of completed, failed, and cancelled runs over the selected range. Use it to spot patterns in processing failures or volume spikes.

Credit usage

A chart displaying your organization’s credit consumption over the selected period. Helps you track usage trends and plan for billing.

Recent runs

A table listing the most recent pipeline runs. Click any row to navigate to the run detail page.

Attention panel

The attention panel highlights items that may need action:
ItemDescription
Failed runsRuns that encountered errors and need investigation
Open reviewsReview tasks waiting in the queue
Files in reviewFiles currently paused at a review step
Stale filesFiles stuck in processing for more than one hour
Failed filesFiles that failed during processing

Range toggle

Switch between 24h, 7d, and 30d to adjust the time window for all dashboard metrics and charts. The default range is 7 days.

Real-time updates

The dashboard uses real-time connections (SignalR) to stay current. When a run completes, fails, or a review task is updated, the dashboard reflects the change immediately without refreshing.

Role-based visibility

Dashboard sections are visible based on your permissions. If you lack access to a resource type (for example, pipes or files), the corresponding section is hidden rather than showing empty data.

Low credit banner

If your organization is running low on credits, a banner appears at the top of the dashboard for users with billing permissions. Click through to the billing settings to add more credits.

Onboarding empty state

New organizations with no pipes see a Get Started prompt instead of the dashboard charts. Follow the call-to-action to create your first pipe and start processing documents.
